Dear Members,

You are cordially invited to join the ACLS Virtual Town Hall / Members Input Session on:

📅       Wednesday, November 19, 2025

🕛       12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET

💻        Online (link to follow to registered attendees only)

This will be our inaugural live input session, part of a new initiative to host a Live Q & A with members. We are planning to host two per year – one in the fall and one during the National Surveyors’ Conference each spring.

The session will be open and collaborative – a chance to hear directly from Council and staff, ask questions in real time, and share your ideas on the issues shaping our profession. These sessions are designed to be conversations rather than formal meetings, giving members a clearer understanding of ACLS activities and confidence that their voices are being heard. To make sure the discussion is balanced and productive, everyone will have the opportunity to contribute live on camera/microphone or via chat, while ensuring no single voice dominates the floor.

These sessions are intended to provide you with an opportunity to:

  • Hear updates directly from Council and staff on current projects and initiatives;
  • Ask questions in real time
  • Share about the challenges you face as a CLS
  • Share your input on issues you face as a CLS
  • Share your ideas about strategies and initiatives to shape the profession
  • Connect with colleagues in an open, interactive format.

Your perspective is essential as ACLS works towards a robust future for Canada Lands Surveyors. Your voice will help us shape Council priorities, inform policy, and guide projects.

Please save the date, REGISTER to attend, and watch for connection details ahead of the session.

We look forward to your participation and input!

Love it
